Our Mission

The Mission of Bethesda Foundation is to help ensure that Bethesda Hospital has the resources needed to successfully accomplish its strategic vision and meet the health care challenges facing the large, growing community it serves. The Foundation cultivates philanthropic support for indigent care, medical education and research, patient services, facilities and community outreach programs provided by Bethesda Hospital and its related entities.

Our Vision

Bethesda Foundation will be recognized as a leader in supporting and promoting Bethesda Hospital's mission to improve the health of our diverse community. The Foundation recognizes that donor support helps create the margin of excellence that distinguishes Bethesda Hospital from other health care providers in the community.

As a leader, it will be catalyst for change within our organization and community, and it will continue to be recognized as a top performer among hospital foundations. Bethesda Foundation will actively support internal and external initiatives that promote exceptional health care through Bethesda/TriHealth hospitals, Hospice of Cincinnati, and the organizations' many preventive, educational, research and community outreach activities.

As a leader, it will actively collaborate with key individuals, organizations and corporations to address community needs. Bethesda Foundation honors the generous community support Bethesda hospital has received throughout its long history. It builds upon this historic support by developing collaborative relationships with those who share Bethesda/TriHealth's mission and vision.
